3. 家常便饭 ~ 潮州蒸白鲳

这道应该称为“潮州蒸”吧？！我也不是很会分~

材料：
白鲳鱼
番茄
姜丝
蒜末

调味 ：
水梅
小辣椒
酱油

做法 ：
1. 将全部材料及调味放在碟子上，水滚就放下蒸直鱼眼转白便可！
