这到底是什么东东？

有谁懂这是什么东西吗？
它的功效是什么？
还有是怎么吃？生吃吗？
刚生时，是青色的； 还没熟是红色的；熟了就是深紫色！
红色呢，就酸酸的；深紫色就甜甜的！

This is Mulberry plant. 桑树
Both the fruit and leaf can be consume. It is good for the eye.
Boil the leaf with water and drink it.
The fruit can be eaten fresh or made into juice. Sometimes I eat it with bread.
